Refunds Terms & Conditions
Reservation cancellations require twenty-four (24) hours notice before check-in in writing via email to [email protected] or via phone 0457 622 729.
If cancellation of the reservation is greater or equal to twenty-four (24) hours before check-in, you will be able to choose one of the following refund options:
- A full refund
- Account credit
- Rescheduling of the reservation
If a reservation is cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of check-in, Edenholme Farmstay reserves the right to keep your reservation payment. You may contact Edenholme Farmstay to discuss cancelling within 24 hours and if you will receive a refund.
Edenholme Farmstay reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time. If Edenholme Farmstay cancels your reservation, you may choose one of the above refund options.
